He Who Sees Into the Hearts of Man

Merry Christmas world !! Love to all :) Well here it is Christmas 2016! It is the celebration of the Birthday of Jesus. I have chosen to bring attention this particular painting from my Spiritual Hubcap Series. Though many things have been done in the name of Jesus Christ long after he died and many things were done to him while he lived you cannot deny that December 25th is his official birthday here in the United States. So I say Merry Christmas 2016 to all and Happy Birthday Jesus! Jesus has always been one of my favorite spiritual people to paint. This particular painting was painted at some point between 2001 to 2013 and it still stands out to me as one of my favorite manifestations from my imagination of what his face might have looked like, right now it hangs over the end of my bed. Of course, I realize that many other artists see him many different ways and even within my overall body of art I have seen him different ways and probably in the future will want to paint him again differently along with other repeating subjects I tend to recreate over time.
