Angels at Night

Merry Christmas 2016! Love, Peace, and Angels watching over us all for protection. I believe we all have our own personal spirit guides with us thru those "Good Times Bad Times", as Led Zeppelin put it so beautifully. This is a painting from my Spiritual Hubcap Series of the Russian Orthodox Cathedral in Williamsburg Brooklyn across the street from the Dog Run in McCarren Park where I spent a lot of time with my doggies staring at this church that not surprisingly I got the inspiration to paint somewhere between 2001- 2013. When I painted this painting I added in some Angels that look a bit like all the pretty blonde Polish woman that used to trot around this neighborhood running their errands. Some of my favorite Polish blondes have since moved but there are always more coming into the area or being born. My spirit guides may not be all blonde or all woman but my holistic healer was a blonde Polish woman in Williamsburg who turned me on to the scientific healing methods of Nikola Tesla with her ahead of the time (at that time pre-2000) machines that she had in the back of her beauty parlor that she was treating many Polish people with. One among many machines was a machine that thru sonic sounds in your ears could even out any agitated waves in your body since we are mainly water and bring it back calm preventing illness. Since then they are now using these machines in hospitals. She is so loved that she moved down to Florida to a better spot where she didn't have to pay such high rent and has more people working to make her job of giving so much to the people easier. If I ever fell ill I will go down there to pay a visit to her along with traditional medicine of course. Even President Obama acknowledged her achievements my dear friend Margotza when she helped one of his cabinet members so much.
